We often get the question, “What is a good gift idea for a Grandma?” There are so many options to choose from that it is nice to have a little help sometimes.
I usually ask first how many grandchildren Grandma has. If there is just one grandchild but there may be more coming, it is nice to choose something that can be added to later.
Our Gold Discs with Birthstones offer just that, and the rich color of the gold against the birthstones makes this necklace look very classy. This same necklace comes in sterling silver too.
If she prefers silver and likes hearts, another fun option is our Heart Name Necklace. This is one of our classics and has been very popular around Mother’s Day. The fun thing about this necklace is that the center heart can say anything too: Grammy’s nickname or “Proud Grandma” or anything you or your child think up.
One of our most popular Grandma gifts right now is our new Custom Gold Handwriting Heart. Your child can write a heartwarming note to Grandma, and we will transform it into a gold or silver charm that she can wear and cherish forever.
If Grandma is a little playful and likes to wear fun jewelry, our Etched Grandma Forever Love Necklace is perfect for her. This necklace has a unique design and cute saying on the front, and you can add her grandchildren’s names to the back of this charm.
If more little grandchildren are not in the plan, a very sweet option for her would be our Inspiration Bracelet. This has been one of our most popular gifts for Grandmas over the last eight years. You can personalize this any way you’d like — with names, dates, nicknames, meaningful words, and symbols. We can also stamp the inside of this bracelet to make this a truly personal gift.
You can get creative with all these necklaces by personalizing the back of them as well. We’ve done anything from birth dates to inside jokes on the backs of our charms.
These are just a few of my favorites. As I mentioned above, there are so many options to choose from, that I will be doing a “Gift Ideas for Grandma” (vol. 2) so stay tuned!
