Mother’s Hug Locket

Introducing our new Mother’s Hug Locket!

I love lockets and how they can hold a special message or surprise inside. I also love hearts and I love drawing them! For this piece, I drew the heart and we then etched it onto a sterling silver disc that ends up being the top of the locket. I then wrote out the message for the inside that says “A mother’s hug lasts long after she lets go”. My favorite color is pink so I added a pink crystal stone inside as well.

When I see this and open it up, my heart sings! You can personalize the back of the locket with your special message to mom. I love this as a sentimental gift idea for mom!

Necklace of the Month for April – You Are My Sunshine

You are my sunshine necklace — Sunshine Necklace with Pearl, made from sterling silver

This is one of my favorite sayings of all time, and I love singing this to my kids. I put this on the first bangle bracelet I ever made, back in 2004, and added my kid’s names after the saying. I still wear that bracelet 24×7 and it will always be my favorite piece!

With that very cute saying in mind, I thought I would create a unique version of a Sunshine necklace. I decided to draw the sun by h and and etch it onto the sterling silver disc. I then added the “You Are My Sunshine” in one of our new and very cute stamped fonts. I love the result! I love how the sun is shining down, and it’s large enough to see clearly.

We added a birthstone to the chain and you can customize this necklace with a message on the back of the disc. How cute is that?
